Ruth Design Co. LLC ("Ruth Design Co.," "we," "us") operates ruthdesign.ai. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you email us or book a call, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, and details about your business.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of your visit. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell or rent your information.

Third-party services

The site relies on a few outside services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Vercel hosts the site and processes the technical data described above.
• Google Fonts delivers the site's typefaces. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
• Calendly handles call scheduling. When you book a call, the information you enter is collected by Calendly and shared with us.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your questions and schedule conversations
• Provide and manage services you engage us for
• Keep the website working and secure

Client information

If you become a client, any business data you share during an engagement is handled under the terms of our agreement with you, and is used only to deliver the work.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and booking details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, then delete them when no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing tb@ruthdesign.co. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
